01. Computer aided design (CAD) and computer aided Engineering (CAE) software and workstations: used for product design, simulation analysis and optimization, such as structural strength analysis, fluid dynamics analysis, kinematics simulation, etc.

Hardware

Rapid prototyping equipment, such as 3D printers, can quickly transform design concepts into solid models for easy design verification and improvement

High performance material testing machine: including tensile testing machine, fatigue testing machine, etc. used to test and evaluate the performance of new materials.

Vibration test equipment: used to detect the vibration characteristics of products during operation to optimize the structural design and reduce the damage of vibration to parts

Noise testing equipment: To assess the noise level of agricultural machinery during operation to meet environmental and comfort requirements.

Power system test bench: test and optimize the performance of engines, motors and other power plants.

Hydraulic system test equipment: test and debug the performance of hydraulic components and systems.

Wind tunnel test equipment: Optimize the design of components that need to consider aerodynamics, such as wind hoods, cooling devices, etc.

Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test equipment: to ensure that the electronic and electrical system of the product can work properly in the electromagnetic environment, and does not cause electromagnetic interference with other equipment.

A field test farm for agricultural machinery was built in cooperation with the local government.

Agricultural operation simulation test field: simulate actual agricultural operation scenarios under controlled conditions, and conduct field operation tests on newly developed machinery.

R&D Achievements

In recent years, the team has successfully developed a series of core technologies with independent intellectual property rights and a number of agricultural machinery products with market influence. It provides strong support for the competitiveness of the company's products.

The 300-horsepower HWM-3004 tractor is developed, which is mainly used for subsoiling, plowing, joint preparation, raking and other operations. It adopts advanced power system, intelligent driving technology and synchronizer shift transmission technology, which improves operation efficiency and comfort.
HST tractors have been developed for the global market, with a choice of 20 accessories that allow you to easily load, mow, dig, blow snow and more.
Developed the electric tractor - HW254-ET, this tractor, has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, intelligence and environmental protection, and easy to operate.
The Utility tractor has been developed in line with EU regulations, which is suitable for a variety of operations, and is a fanned model for middle-aged and old machine operators with special feelings for small mechanical transmission tractors. At present, it has obtained EC certification.
In the 2020 Shandong Province "Governor Cup" Industrial design competition, the research and development of "HANWO2204 intelligent power shift tractor project" won the third prize.
At present, the company has 9 invention patents, 67 utility model patents, 70 appearance patents, a total of more than 100 domestic and foreign patents.
