Tractor development engineer

A. Job description.

1. Lead the research and development of new tractor products, including conceptual design, detailed design, and prototype development.

2. Conduct in-depth research on market demand and industry trends, and provide forward-looking technical suggestions and solutions for product development.

3. Work closely with cross functional teams (such as engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality control, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition of products from design to production.

4. Responsible for the selection, design calculation, and performance testing of tractor components, optimizing product structure and performance.

5. Develop and execute product development plans to control project progress, quality, and cost.

6. Solve technical issues that arise during product development, testing, and use, and continuously improve the product.

B. Job requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering, agricultural machinery or similar majors.

2. Have more than 5 years of experience in tractor product development, and be familiar with the structure, principle and performance of tractors.

3. Proficiently master design software such as CAD and CAE, and have good mechanical design capabilities.

4. Be familiar with industry standards and regulations of agricultural machinery, and understand the technological development trends of tractors at home and abroad.

5. Have innovative thinking and the ability to solve complex problems, and be able to independently undertake product development projects.

6. Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills, and be able to effectively coordinate resources from all parties.

7. Priority will be given to recruiting engineers who have working experience in globally renowned tractor manufacturers, especially those with experience in developing power shift and CVT products.

8. Language proficiency requirements: One of the following three must be met:

1. TOEFL: Score 80 or above;

2. IELTS: Overall score 6.0 or above, especially with good performance in reading and writing.

3. College English Test Band 6 (CET-6): Score 425 or above.

In addition, one should have good professional English proficiency, be able to proficiently read and understand English technical literature and standard specifications, accurately write English technical reports and emails, and be able to communicate fluently in spoken English to participate in international conferences and communicate with foreign counterparts or clients.
