A. Job description
1. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for the region in charge to achieve sales targets and business growth set by the company.
2. In-depth understanding of regional market dynamics, competitors and customer needs, to provide targeted market positioning and competitive strategies for the company's products and services.
3. Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relations with key customers and partners, expand sales channels, and improve market coverage.
4. Lead and manage the sales team, motivate team members to achieve personal and team sales targets, provide professional training and guidance, and improve the overall sales ability of the team.
5. Collect market information and customer feedback, work closely with product R&D, marketing and other departments to promote product improvement and innovation to meet market demand.
6. Responsible for the negotiation, signing and implementation of sales contracts, to ensure the smooth progress of sales business and payment recovery.
7. Regularly report sales performance, market situation and team work progress to superiors, and adjust sales strategies and plans according to company strategies.
B. Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing or business management is preferred.
2. Have at least 5 years of global sales management experience, familiar with agricultural machinery and tractor market, have successful sales performance and team management experience.
3. Excellent market analysis, sales strategy formulation and execution ability, able to accurately grasp market trends and customer needs.
4. Excellent team leadership, able to motivate and cultivate team members to build an efficient sales team.
5. Have good communication, negotiation and customer relationship management skills, and can establish effective cooperation with customers and partners from different cultural backgrounds.
6. Language proficiency requirements: One of the following three must be met:
1) TOEFL (TOEFL) : score of 90 or above;
2) IELTS: A total score of 6.5 or above, especially in reading and writing.
3) College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) : the score is 425 or above.
In addition, they should have good professional English literacy, be able to read and understand English technical literature and standards, accurately write English technical reports and emails, and be able to fluently communicate in oral English to participate in international conferences and communicate with foreign counterparts or clients.
7. Have a strong sense of responsibility, innovative spirit and ability to withstand pressure, and can achieve excellent results in a complex and changeable market environment.
8. Preference is given to candidates with experience in tractor manufacturers of well-known brands in the world, especially those with experience in selling power shift and CVT products
