A. Job description
1. Develop and improve quality control plans and inspection standards for tractor production processes.
2. Responsible for quality inspection and monitoring of raw materials, components, and finished products, ensuring that products comply with relevant standards and specifications.
3. Organize and implement quality improvement projects, analyze the root causes of quality issues, propose and promote the implementation of improvement measures.
4. Assist the production department in conducting quality training to enhance employee quality awareness and operational skills.
5. Collect and analyze quality data, write quality reports, and provide decision-making basis for management.
6. Participate in supplier evaluation and management to ensure stable quality of raw materials and components.
B. Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above,major in mechanical engineering, quality management, or related fields.
2. Have more than 5 years of quality management experience and be familiar with the quality management process in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
3. Proficient in quality management tools and methods, such as SPC, FMEA, etc.
4. Possess good problem-solving and analysis skills, rigorous and meticulous, and strong sense of responsibility.
5. Possess good communication and coordination skills and a team spirit, able to effectively promote quality improvement work.
6. Priority should be given to recruiting engineers with work experience in globally renowned tractor manufacturers, especially those with experience in power shifting and CVT product quality management.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, attention to details, and pursuit of excellence.
8. Language proficiency requirement: One of the following three must be met:
1) TOEFL : score of 80 or above;
2) IELTS : a score of 6.0 points or more, especially in reading and writing better.
3) College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) : the score is 425 or above.
In addition, you should have good professional English literacy, be able to read and understand English technical literature and standards, accurately write English technical reports and emails, and be able to fluently communicate in oral English to participate in international conferences and communicate with foreign counterparts or clients.
