1. Formulated and implemented the overseas marketing strategy to ensure the sales growth and market share increase of the company's agricultural machinery products in the target market.
2. In-depth study of overseas market dynamics and competitors to provide solid and reliable decision support for the company's product positioning and market expansion.
3. Establish and maintain a good cooperative relationship with overseas customers and dealers, expand sales channels and improve customer satisfaction.
4. Organize and participate in the international agricultural machinery exhibition, business negotiation and other activities, promote brand recognition in foreign company.
5. Lead the overseas marketing team, set sales targets, supervise sales performance and motivate team members to achieve sales targets.
6. Coordinate with production, R&D and other departments to ensure effective connection between product supply and market demand.Job requirements
B. Job requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing, international trade,or agricultural machinery and tractor as well as related majors is preferred.
2. More than 5 years of overseas marketing management experience, familiar with agricultural machinery industry is preferred.
3. Have keen insight and accurate judgment on the international market, and have excellent market development ability.
4. Excellent team leadership and cross-departmental coordination ability, able to effectively motivate and manage the team.
5. Have strong ability to work under pressure and adapt to frequent overseas business trips.
6. Experience in world-renowned tractor manufacturers is preferred, especially experience in selling power shift and CVT products.
7. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, pay attention to details and pursue excellence.
8. Language proficiency requirement: One of the following three must be met:
1) TOEFL : score of 90 or above;
2) IELTS : a score of 6.5 points or more, especially in reading and writing better.
3) College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) : the score is 425 or above.
In addition, you should have good professional English literacy, be able to read and understand English technical literature and standards, accurately write English technical reports and emails, and be able to fluently communicate in oral English to participate in international conferences and communicate with foreign counterparts or clients.
