A. Job description

1. Responsible for formulating and implementing after-sales service strategies and plans in overseas markets to ensure efficient operation of after-sales service.

2. Establish and improve overseas after-sales service network to manage and coordinate overseas service sites and partners.

3. Lead and train the overseas after-sales service team to improve the technical level and service ability of the team.

4. Handle complaints and feedback from overseas customers, solve problems in time, and improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

5. Work closely with sales department to optimize after-sales service policies and processes according to market demand and product characteristics.

6. Monitor after-sales service costs, reasonably control spare parts inventory, and ensure the economic benefits of after-sales service.

7. Collected and analyzed after-sales service data in overseas markets, and provided suggestions for product improvement and market expansion.

B. Job requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, management or related is preferred.

2. Have more than 5 years of overseas after-sales service management experience, familiar with agricultural machinery industry is preferred.

3. Excellent team management ability, problem solving ability and decision-making ability.

4. Good cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to adapt to the international working environment.

5. Familiar with international after-sales service standards and regulations, with rich overseas service resources is preferred.

6. Preferred to recruit engineers with experience in world-renowned tractor manufacturers, especially those with experience in power shift and CVT product after-sales service.

7. Strong sense of responsibility and innovation, pay attention to details and pursue excellence.

8. Language proficiency requirement: One of the following three must be met:

1) TOEFL : score of 80 or above;

2) IELTS : a score of 6.0 points or more, especially in reading and writing better.

3) College English Test Band 6 (CET-6) : the score is 425 or above.

In addition, you should have good professional English literacy, be able to read and understand English technical literature and standards, accurately write English technical reports and emails, and be able to fluently communicate in oral English to participate in international conferences and communicate with foreign counterparts or customers.
