A modern smart manufacturing plant will be built and the HANWO Digital Factory will be fully operational in 2022. Wuwo Digital factory covers an area of 240 mu, with a total investment of nearly 2 billion yuan. In this modern tractor factory, digital technology runs through the five processes of tractor manufacturing, showing strong manufacturing capabilities.

Stamping Process

Stamping Process

Stamping process, the use of advanced digital stamping production line. It is composed of high-precision stamping die and intelligent control system, which can quickly adjust stamping parameters according to design requirements, ensure the accuracy and consistency of stamping parts, and efficiently complete various complex shapes of parts. At present, the company has invested in the construction of two stamping lines, respectively, to provide the company with large and small stamping parts.

In terms of welding process, 10 automatic welding robots have been introduced. These robots, through pre-programmed and real-time visual inspection systems, accurately perform welding operations, and weld seams are uniform and firm, greatly improving welding quality and production efficiency. The welding workshop was put into operation in July 2020, mainly responsible for laser blanking, bending and welding of tractor cab, hood and main sheet metal parts, corn machine and sheet metal parts of baling machine. Invested in the production of a number of welding tooling.

The painting process is equipped with fully automated cathodic electrophoresis painting equipment and intelligent painting control system, which can accurately control the temperature, humidity and paint flow of the painting, achieve high quality and uniform painting effect, while reducing paint waste and environmental pollution. The system was put into operation in July 2020 and is mainly responsible for the electrophoresis and coating of tractor cab, hood and sheet metal parts, corn machine and sheet metal parts of baling machine. In addition, there are currently two top paint lines in operation.

The final assembly process uses a digital assembly line and material distribution system. Create the industry's first intelligent storage system, realize the automation and intelligence of warehousing logistics, each station can obtain assembly information and required materials in real time, ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the assembly process, and greatly shorten the assembly time. The final assembly plant will be put into production in July 2020, with a daily capacity of 100 sets and an annual output of 30,000 tractors. In addition, there are corn combine harvester final assembly line and grass baler final assembly line.

The testing process relies on advanced testing equipment and data analysis system. Carry out comprehensive and meticulous testing on each tractor, quickly and accurately identify potential problems, and ensure the excellent quality of the tractor. At present, the company has a set of automatic machine inspection line.
